 BLISTER INSPECTION

The detection of missing, damaged and/or incorrect contents in the cells of blister packages is an important step in assuring the quality of finished goods. Our Blister Inspection systems offer detection of chipped tablets, trapped chips or missing tablets within multi-line seal packages.

The inspection system allows for the following error detections:

. Correctness of the product's surface (such as fragments or overfill)
. Blister status vis a vis missing product
. Correct form of a product
. Presence of foreign objects
. Extra products or fragments outside the pocket
. Wrong position of the products

Once an error or deviation is detected the faulty blister packs are automatically rejected. The inspection systems can detect even the smallest errors or full form defects at full production speed.

 PHARMACODE INSPECTION

The pharmaceutical industry is facing an ever-increasing competitive arena. The challenges of competitive manufacturing have thrown up diverse challenges of high performance for large batches on one hand, to increasingly diverse articles in smaller quantities and country-specific packaging in the other.

Our Pharmacode inspection systems comprehensively verify the printed Pharmacode, and upon verification will decode the information providing comprehensive production statistics, and subsequently storing it for future reference.

The system can evaluate single and multi-colored Pharmacode instances using a smart camera-based system with onboard processor and controllers. Its compact design is easy to mount in various tight spots. It can decode both Standard and miniature Pharmacodes. Users can connect numerous scanners to the vision controller.

The system inspects Pharmacode on:

• Cartons
• Aluminum Lidding foil
• Leaflets
• Labels
• Tubes, etc.

 2D MATRIX CODE INSPECTION

Your inventory is important which is why traceability of components has become a major focus for quality and inspection purposes. An advancement in traceability and part marking is 2D symbology, a marking method that can hold much more information than the traditional bar code marking. TIVS 2D Matrix Code Inspection systems helps verify the printed Data Matrix code and then decodes the information and accordingly stores it for future reference.

The system features a fully automatic reader of 2D data matrix codes. It recognizes a symbol of any size, contrast, location and orientation within a single operation.
