        In a high speed filling line, there are chances of presence of foreign materials    in the So

          Before filling the bottles with the liquid product, the bottles are  rinsed  with water. After rinsing

          the  bottles, they should be inspected to detect the presence of these  foreign particles. As these

          particles can be present at the any internal surface of the bottle, the same has to be detected on the fly.

       It is not  possible to achieve consistency, by Manual Inspection, at these very high  speeds. Neither an

          array of sensors can solve this problem with 100% accuracy.

        desired accuracy and speeds of inspection
